Membership Available
Principal
Membership
The Principal Membership is available to owners of real estate in
the National Development and permits the member and immediate family
members to use the golf, tennis, swimming and social facilities
provided at National Golf Club. Principal Members shall not pay
green fees or court fees for use of the golf and tennis facilities
of the Club, but shall be required to pay golf cart fees and appropriate
guest fees. A Principal Member has voting privileges within the
Club. Principal Members shall pay a membership initiation deposit
to the Club and pay such dues and charges as may be established
by the Club from time to time.
Junior Principal
Membership
The
Junior Principal Membership is available to owners of real estate
in the National Development under the age of 40. If married, the
age of the older spouse would be used to determine eligibility for
Junior Principal Membership. It permits the member and immediate
family members to use the golf, tennis, swimming and social facilities
provided at National Golf Club. Junior Principal Members shall not
pay green fees or court fees for use of the golf and tennis facilities
of the Club, but shall be required to pay golf cart fees and appropriate
guest fees. A Junior Principal Member has voting privileges within
the Club. Junior Principal Members shall pay a portion of the membership
initiation deposit upon making application and make aditional payments
annually until the age of 40 at which time the balance of the unpaid
membership initiation deposit is due in full and the Junior Principal
Member will upgrade to a Principal Member.
Social Membership
A Social Membership permits
the member and immediate family members to use the tennis, swimming
and social facilities provide at National Golf Club. The Social
Member may use the golf course up to twelve times per year by paying
the applicable green and golf cart fees establishe by the Club.
It also permits the member to participate in all of the Club's social
activities and events as well as dining privleges; however, Club
privileges do not include participation in golf events. A non-refundable
membership fee shall be required and all Social Members shall pay
dues at the prevailing rate established by the Club. A Social Member
does not have voting privileges. A Social Member may upgrade their
membership to a Principal Membership by paying the difference in
the Principal Membership initiation deposit in effect at the time
of upgrade and the Social Membership initiation fee originally paid.
The upgrade must occur at least 120 days prior to the resale of
a Social Member's property to be entitled to the refund provisions
of a Principal Membership.
Invitational
Corporate Membership
Invitational
Corporate Membership is available to non-owners of real estate in
the National Development. The Membership may be issued to those
businesses that are legally formed as a partnership, corporation
or limited liability company and have been in existence for a minimum
of two years. The Invitational Corporate Member must designate one
primary user and may designate up to an additional four secondary
users. It permits the designated users to use only the golf and
social facilities provided at National Golf Club. The designated
users shall not pay green fees, but shall be required to pay golf
cart fees and appropriate guest fees. Each and every designated
user shall pay such dues and charges as may be established by the
Club from time to time. Invitational Corporate Members do not have
voting privileges. Invitational Corporate Memberships may be recalled
by the Club at any time, with refund only of the membership initiation
deposit paid for the primary user, on a last acquired, first recalled
basis.

the Invitational Member shall pay such dues and charges as may be
established by the Club from time to time. Invitational Members
do not have voting privileges. An Invitational Membership may be
upgraded to a Principal Membership in the event that property is
purchased in the National Development. Please see the By-Laws for
complete upgrade and transfer provisions. Invitational Members may
be recalled by the Club at any time, with refund of the membership
initiation deposit, on a last acquired, first recalled basis.

the membership initiation deposit upon making application and make

Invitational Junior Membership will then convert to an Invitational
Membership. An Invitational Junior Membership may be upgraded to
a Principal Membership in the event that property is purchased in
